It’s Christmas in July, and we have so many new revenue recovery product and feature gifts for you to “unwrap” — including a brand-new retailer on our brand-new multi-retailer app!

Multi-Retailer App

Kohl’s isn’t just our first department store retailer — they're also the first retailer to join our new multi-retailer app, Navigator. Powered by data from our parent company, SPS Commerce, Navigator will gain new retailers and features at a brisk pace, so stay tuned for more exciting launches in the not-so-distant future. And while SupplyPike for Kohl’s is currently only available to SPS Fulfillment customers, support for all Kohl’s suppliers is in the works!

SupplyPike for Amazon

Automated Re-Disputing

Amazon suppliers — bid adieu to manually tracking and submitting re-disputes on previously denied claims. Automated re-disputing for shortages, co-ops, and chargebacks is here to rescue you from manual monotony and boost your revenue recovery potential!  

Let’s break down the importance of auto re-disputing across the three re-disputable categories:

Shortages. Too many suppliers are missing out on shortage claim re-disputes. If you stop after the initial dispute is resolved, you might be leaving money behind! We’ve seen huge wins for suppliers who re-dispute Amazon shortage deductions.

Co-Ops. You probably already know how crucial it is to dispute every invalid claim in your backlog before the two-year statute of limitations is reached, but don't forget to re-dispute within that two-year period as well! While the initial dispute yields the most revenue recovery, we still see significant gains from the second and third re-disputes.

Chargebacks. Did you know that most dispute approvals are granted on the re-dispute (i.e., second dispute) — especially for prep- and packaging-related chargebacks? Auto re-disputing now makes reclaiming this revenue easier than ever!

  • Automatic backup documentation sourcing from ImageSilo for most deductions.
  • Expert dispute action guidance regarding the correct place to dispute and the recommended action for each revenue loss type.
  • Real-time payment tracking that ensures accuracy and efficiency for simplified reconciliation.

SupplyPike for Kroger

Invoice Integration

Last year, Kroger started requiring invoices as proof documentation for most deduction codes. Since then, we’ve been hard at work to create more ways for Kroger suppliers to seamlessly provide us with the invoices we need to win disputes. And now that work is about to literally pay off for you in the form of recovering more revenue without exerting more effort!

If you’re an SPS Commerce Fulfillment Customer, we can already access your invoices — no extra steps are needed. If you aren’t an SPS customer, don't fret. Instead, choose from one of these options:

  1. EDI Cc Coordination. Thanks to our partnership with SPS Commerce, you can simply cc SPS on your Kroger 810s/880s. To set this up, you’ll need to ask your EDI provider to cc SPS Commerce’s VAN on all Kroger invoice EDI transmissions. SupplyPike will then do the work of translating the EDI into a PDF invoice and attaching the invoice to any relevant deductions. Voilà! (Find more info on this option here.)
  1. Email or Shared Drive. Partner with your SupplyPike Customer Success Manager to establish a shared email or drive that will become your go-to spot for sending Kroger invoices. SupplyPike will then attach them where they’re needed to help you get back the revenue you’re owed. (Note: This must be kept separate from your shipping documents integration.)
