For Think 3Fold, the time and effort required to manually dispute deductions wasn’t paying off—literally

Think 3Fold came to SupplyPike in January 2021 with more than 1,000 deductions from Walmart that accounted for a substantial portion of the company’s invoiced totals. Making matters worse, attempting to dispute these deductions by hand via Direct Commerce was time consuming and labor intensive.  

“We were spending a lot of money to pay people to do, for lack of a better term, day-to-day busywork to make sure we were going through the process appropriately and attaching the documentation,” said Think 3Fold Co-Founder Paul Featherstone. “It was costing us a substantial amount of money and labor.”

Much to their frustration, the company’s efforts yielded a crushing 90.73% dispute cancellation rate and an equally disappointing dispute approval rate of 2.71%. Something had to change.

“We were in such a terrible place,” lamented Featherstone. “We were on the ropes of survival.”
